Serving as Spring Health’s first Creative Director, I implemented a full-scale brand refresh for the mental health benefits company. With brand guidelines from Moving Brands handed off to me in my first week, my year was spent implementing the refresh across all vectors of the business, including all internal and external creative assets from onboarding materials to conference booths to video storytelling.
In addition to rolling out the new brand with updated assets, I also worked with senior leadership on enabling the company with our new brand behaviors, messaging strategies, and systems, including closely collaborating with the Director of Marketing Operations in order to implement a new project management tool. This work was completed in absence of a CMO, or Marketing VPs, so I also played the role of interim liaison for marketing to the rest of the company and the C-suite for 6 months.
I also oversaw all video work at Spring Health in collaboration with my Associate Creative Director. We created a video learning platform, Sage, from the ground up during my time, inclusive of strategy, platform design, and content. We created 15 multimedia courses with video and interactive components, which ending up being a key deciding factor in a number of critical deals for Spring Health in 2023. We also created a variety of other video assets including product release announcements and case studies of key customers.
