My name is Shakeil. 


Born in Seattle, WA
Reared in Portland, OR
Raised in Philadelphia, PA
Based in Brooklyn, NY


I’m a designer. I design everything from essays to strategies to posters to websites to ideas to experiences. I use design to help achieve my goals of living in a world which prioritizes liberation for all oppressed peoples.

Previously I was the Creative Director of Spring Health, and before that worked at Splice and GQ Magazine. I am also on the leadership teams of the Imaginary School and Àròko Cooperative. I received my Bachelors degree in Visual Studies from the University of Pennsylvania in 2015.
